Please complete and submit the Online Application Form together with all necessary supporting documents from now or until the funding is exhausted. All eligible applications will be processed on a first-come, first-serviced basis. Late applications will not be considered. For enquiries, please contact the Secretariat via e-mail ([email protected]) or by 3760 7704 / 3760 7706.
Applicants are required to upload all the documentary proof before the disbursement of subsidy as required by the Secretariat. Upon receipt of the documents and to the satisfaction of the Secretariat, the Secretariat will disburse the subsidy to the Applicant by cheque to the correspondence address provided in the online application form.
The Hong Kong Association of Property Management Companies (“HKAPMC”) has been engaged as the Secretariat to assist the Civil Service Bureau in the administration of the Scheme.
